How to register
Step 1 – Create an account /Provide personal details
Your account is automatically created in Step 1 of the registration process. Follow the button "register" at the bottom of the page to access.
You will be asked to provide your surname, first name, date of birth, home address, post code, town, country, competition licence n° and FFA club (optional), telephone numbers, emergency contact and an email address (1 per person) and password.
Note: information provided can be amended on your account at a later date. Please keep your email address and password details for accessing your account and for registering in future events!
Step 2 – Additional info / Registration
You will then need to select the event you want to take part in : Grand Raid 177km, Raid 87km, Trail 56km, Ronde des douaniers 36km, Nordic Walk 28km or Relay on 177km. You can check out existing teams for the relay and the Challenge (minimum requirement: 5 in a team for the Challenge, 4 maximum for the relay) or create your own.
Then upload a copy of your medical certificate wich must be dated less than a year on the day of the ultra marin race and with the mention « in competition».
Options: you can then book a seat in the shuttle bus, buy a copy of the road book and specify your tee-shirt size. The participants in the Nordic Walking will also have to choose their departure, according to their objective of time on the race.
Note: if during the registration process you forget to book your seat on the shuttle bus, buy a copy of the road book or choose your departure for the Nordic Walk, you can still click on My Account and do so later if you wish. However your race choice can only be made when registering.
Step 3 - Summary
A page with all data entered so far will appear on your screen. You can go back to edit information or proceed to payment.
Step 4 – Online payment
Payment can be made by credit card, Visa or MasterCard. The registration process is then complete.
At the top right of our website you can click on My Account and get access to your personal details. You can amend your details, add options and pay for them online and check receipt of your medical certificate which will be validated a few days after your registration.
Note that registered competitors are those who have:
- PROVIDED A VALID MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
- SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED PAYMENT
If you have already run in one of our race in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 or 2017 go directly to My Account to register for 2018.
